Meet Ramona
With over 23 years in fashion design, Ramona Afonso followed a quiet spark that led her into the world of interiors, a love story that began with the renovation of her Johannesburg home, later featured on the cover of Tuis/Home.
That moment marked the start of a new creative chapter, where Ramona quickly became known for her warm, romantic approach to interior and garden design.
Her passion for beauty has taken her from hidden Johannesburg gardens to the storybook landscapes of the UK and France. After two inspiring years living in the Cotswolds, where she worked as an antiques dealer at Lorfords and travelled through Europe sourcing rare treasures, Ramona returned to South Africa with a renewed vision for her design studio.
Yet her greatest joy has always been flowers.
