Shipping Policy
Delivery to Johannesburg and Pretoria.
No delivery to Rural areas available.
Same day deliveries for orders placed before 10am. Delivery will take place from 1pm - 5pm.
Next day delivery for orders placed after 10am.
Delivered Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and public holidays. An exception will be made on Valentines Day.

Return & Refund Policy for Cut Flowers

All sales of fresh cut flowers are final due to their perishable quality. We do not accept returns for change of mind, style preferences, or "not liking" the arrangement.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Quality — If the flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described (e.g., poor freshness upon arrival), contact us within 24 hours of delivery/receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement of equal or greater value (at no extra charge) or, in rare cases, a full/partial refund at our discretion.

Proper care is required: Follow the included care instructions (e.g., recut stems, change water, keep cool). Issues caused by improper handling (such as lack of water or exposure to heat) are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Special orders (e.g., wedding/event bouquets,) are final and non-refundable once prepared/delivered.
