Garden Secateurs – Care & Returns Policy
To ensure the longevity and performance of your secateurs, please follow these care instructions:
- Clean blades thoroughly after each use to remove sap, dirt, and plant residue.
- Dry completely before storing.
- Do not leave secateurs in damp, wet, or humid environments, as moisture may cause rusting and damage.
- Store in a dry, sheltered place when not in use.
- Regular maintenance, including light oiling of the blades and moving parts, is recommended.
Returns & Warranty
Our secateurs are carefully inspected before dispatch. Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects or faults identified upon receipt.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by:
- Exposure to moisture, water, or humid conditions.
- Rust resulting from improper storage or care.
- Failure to clean and dry the secateurs after use.
- General wear and tear from normal use.
Should you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and proof of purchase so that we can assist you promptly.
