Coral Peonies

One of the most anticipated blooms of the peony season, coral peonies are loved for their remarkable colour and the way they transform as they open.

Our Coral Peony Box arrives with 10 locally grown stems, carefully selected at the beginning of the season. Arriving as beautifully rounded buds in shades of warm coral and salmon, they gradually unfurl into generous, ruffled blooms. As they open, the colour softens, often revealing delicate blush and creamy undertones before fading into an elegant, almost pastel finish.

As a cut flower, the coral peony has a wonderfully romantic presence. Its generous head, layered petals and natural movement make it a statement bloom all on its own, while its changing colour brings something new to your arrangement each day.

A little patience is rewarded. Coral peonies are often cut while still tightly budded, allowing them to travel beautifully and then slowly reveal their full character in the vase. Place them in clean water, away from direct sunlight and heat, and watch as each bud unfurls.
