- All sales of fresh cut flowers are final due to their perishable quality. We do not accept returns for change of mind, style preferences, or "not liking" the arrangement.

We will gladly offer a replacement of equal or greater value (at no extra charge) or, in rare cases, a full/partial refund at our discretion.
- Proper care is required: Follow the included care instructions (e.g., recut stems, change water, keep cool). Issues caused by improper handling (such as lack of water or exposure to heat) are not eligible for replacement or refund.
